Kindergarten 2023-2024

New Kindergarten Parents for the 2023 - 2024 School Year,

Please complete the online forms below. Once the online forms are completed, please bring a certified birth certificate and two (2) approved proofs of residency to Hardin Park School. After we receive the enrollment forms with required documentation, an appointment time will be scheduled for the Kindergarten orientation and screening that will take place on April 3rd or 4th.
